My name is Gábor Asztalos (41) economist, father of two children, hunter, FCI International working judge and the owner of the Bassotto di Corleone – Lionhearted Hunting Dachshund Kennel. My interest in Dachshunds started in 2008, I founded my kennel in 2010. I have visited many dog shows in Europe with my dogs and I regularly taking part in work exams with my self-trained dachshunds. My dachshunds are Champions, Working Champions and there is a Veteran World Winner too. I have been delegated three times to FCI Europa Pokal VGP and twice to WUT-SchwPoR. The Polish Kennel Club appreciated my conscious breeding work with a bronze medal in 2022 & 2023 recognized my cynological activities with an 85th (ZKwP) anniversary medal.

Himera is a hard-headed, griping, determined, stubborn but easily controllable dog. I have been working with her since she was young on driven hunts, wounded wilds and on natural den hunting. She works with a lion heart.
